Product Overview

Calcium nitrite is an inorganic compound. Colorless or yellowish crystal, deliquescent, soluble in water, slightly soluble in ethanol. Calcium nitrite is widely used in reinforced concrete projects as a cement hardening accelerator and antifreeze and rust inhibitor. Every 2% of calcium nitrite is added to the concrete, so that the life span of the reinforced concrete building structure can be increased by 15 to 20 years.
