Product Overview

Sodium oxalate (Na2C2O4) is a sodium salt of oxalic acid, a reducing agent, and is often used as a bidentate ligand. It is a white crystalline powder that is odorless and hygroscopic. Soluble in water, insoluble in ethanol. Burning is decomposed into sodium carbonate and carbon monoxide.There is a strong reduction. Burning is decomposed into sodium carbonate and carbon monoxide.
