Product Overview

Bismuth trichloride, also known as antimony trichloride, is a compound of the formula BiCl3, white to pale yellow crystal. It is easy to deliquesce, has the smell of hydrogen chloride, soluble in hydrochloric acid and nitric acid, and decomposes into bismuth oxychloride in water. A small amount of moisture in the air can also decompose it. Mainly used for analytical reagents, strontium salt manufacturing and organic reaction catalysts. It is slightly harmful to water.
