Use
1.TGA has the reaction characteristics of both hydroxylic acid and mercapto group, the most important of which is the reaction with disulfide. In particular, cysteine reacts with cysteine in the hair under alkaline conditions, severing cysteine's (-s-s -) bonds, and producing cysteine that is prone to curl. It is an intermediate for the production of medical drugs such as thiomepraline (captopril), biotin, thiazic acid and sodium disulfyl butanediate. It is also an important raw material for the synthesis of cysteine, hormone, industrial disinfectant and sulfuric acid.
2. Its ammonium salt and sodium salt are mainly used as curl agents, calcium salt can be used as depilating agents, PVC low-toxicity or non-toxic stabilizers, polymerization initiators, accelerators and chain transfer agents, and metal surface treatment agents. In addition, mercaptoacetic acid is a sensitive reagent for the determination of iron, molybdenum, aluminum, tin, etc. It can also be used as crystallized nucleating agent for polypropylene processing and forming, as modifier for coating, fiber, and blanket quick-acting agent. PVC, rubber stabilizer raw materials, cold - hot hair agents, pharmaceutical intermediates.
